Brian von Lackum is a Sales Associate at Compass Commercial and has over five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Compass and the Bos Group, Brian worked at Newmark in the Valuations & Advisory branch and achieved the Certified General Appraisal licensure. During his tenure at Newmark, he appraised various property types, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and life science. His experience spans property values from approximately $1 million to over $1 billion.

Born in Marin County and currently residing in San Francisco, Brian has deep roots within the Bay Area. With a profound connection to the region, Brian has appraised hundreds of multifamily properties across the Bay Area, establishing himself as a trusted expert in the local real estate market.

Mr. von Lackum graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics while completing the Technology Management Program Certificate. This educational background gives him a strong foundation in economic principles and technological innovation, enhancing his ability to serve his clients effectively.
